  20. 29.Any other matters that need to be specified: On August 31, 2020, the board of directors approved the subsidiary Huzhou Anli Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Didu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a construction contract. During of the period, Huzhou Anli think that Jiangsu Didu had no reason to delay the construction schedule and refused to take any improvement measures, which obviously constituted a major breach of contract. Huzhou Anli Technology Co., Ltd. has appointed the lawyer on August 10, 2021 and submitted an arbitration application to the Huzhou Arbitration Commission, and the arbitrament of the Huzhou Arbitration Commission has been received , which confirms the ”Construction Contract” to be terminated. On December 28, 2021, the board of directors approved the subsidiary Huzhou Anli Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Qiaoxing Construction Group Co., Ltd. to re-sign the construction contract for the construction project.
