Introduction of CNC machinery (Guanghe Factory)

Large scale automated production that combines tungsten carbide knife on the CNC machines. Tailoring to different metal parts and components, various orders of machining are scheduled, including drilling, milling, screw tapping and turning to complete required appearance and size of parts which may encompass design of jigs, development of cutting knives, selection of materials, process of complex workpieces, elimination of jigs and procedures, and improvement of precision. Only the precise and fast production that meet customer demands can create the maximum opportunities.

The Company owns more than 100 CNC machines made by Fanus of Japan to be employed for the large-scale automated production. 3-Axis stages are widely applied in the process of complex workpieces to eliminate jigs and procedures of the machining and improve the precision of finished products. Specific robotic arms are also introduced in the loading and unloading of products and paired with optical inspection in the cutting process of metal or non-metal materials to achieve high product quality.
