Environmental Management
Driven by global climate change and the transition to net zero, corporate environmental responsibility has become increasingly important. The Company implements the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to fulfill its responsibility in protecting the planet and preventing pollution. During production and R&D processes, no hazardous materials are used; scrap materials and resource waste are reduced. We also collaborate with customers to promote packaging reuse and recycling mechanisms, enhancing resource efficiency and reducing environmental burden. At the same time, we are committed to energy conservation and carbon reduction measures, such as plant upgrades to lower air emissions, reuse of die-casting cooling water, and daily energy management. Regular awareness programs are conducted to strengthen company-wide consensus, continuously advancing toward carbon neutrality and sustainable development.

Waste Management
The Company embraces the 4R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery) of circular economy, and sets targets, implements actions, tracks progress, and makes improvements through the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. We are committed to waste reduction and resource recycling, ensuring all waste is handled in compliance with regulations. Each year, the Company audits high-risk waste contractors to verify permit validity, equipment integrity, waste flow, and CSR risk management, ensuring compliance with the Waste Disposal Act and environmental standards. In 2024, the Company prioritized the recycling of cutting oil, extending its lifespan through filtration. Once quality reaches critical limits, the oil is reprocessed into fuel oil by licensed vendors, and when further reuse is not possible, it is incinerated by professional operators. These practices reduce raw material consumption and waste generation. Looking forward, the Company will continue to promote source reduction, enhance in-plant recycling, and pursue an 80% reuse rate target, while actively advancing green procurement and innovative environmental projects to reduce the impact of production activities on the environment.
Water Resource Management
Water reuse is a critical component of the circular economy. With limited water resources, humanity can no longer consume water without restrictions, but must instead use it more efficiently. This includes treating wastewater for reuse in daily life or production. As water pollution intensifies, maximizing the use of limited water resources has become increasingly important. The Company places great emphasis on water recycling. All plants source water from local municipal pipelines, with primary uses including cutting, molding, cleaning, and domestic purposes. Water recycling is the main practice, supported by in-plant wastewater treatment projects that neutralize and treat industrial wastewater before compliant discharge, thereby saving tap water usage for neutralization, reducing harmful emissions, and improving overall environmental performance.
Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction
Based on operational practices, the Company has adopted the ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Standard, establishing energy conservation, carbon reduction, and greenhouse gas mitigation measures to minimize environmental impact. Annual inventories are conducted with transparent data disclosure, verified by third-party organizations to ensure accuracy and credibility.
