(hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Didu) signed a construction contract on September 1, 2020. The contract of the Huzhou Anli plant construction project was RMB 134.8 million (including Value-added tax). The project started on October 9, 2020, and be expected to be completed on February 18, 2022 Huzhou Anli thought that Jiangsu Didu had no reason to delay the construction schedule and refused to take any improvement measures, which obviously constituted a major breach of contract. Huzhou Anli has appointed the lawyer to make a claim for the losses caused by the Jiangsu Didu, in order to protect the legal rights and interests of the company.
